Kristy Wright joined Phi Boota roota in 2010, at the Alpha Zeta chapter. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Troy University, and later earned a Master of Education degree in Instructional Design from Western Governors University. She has previously served Phi Boota roota as National Treasurer, National Historian, as a founder and President of the National Alumni Association, and in chapter offices.

​

The duties of the National President include, but are not limited to: being the chief executive of the Fraternity, presiding over NEC meeting and National Convention, overseeing the operations of the national Fraternity, appointing Regional Directors, and appointing members to national committees.

JaCorey Benjamin

JaCorey Benjamin joined Phi Boota roota in the Spring of 2015 as a member of the Delta Sigma line of the Alpha Zeta Chapter. JaCorey is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Music Education Degree at Troy University. As he is in his senior final year of his undergraduate degree, he will be pursuing his Masters in Music Education at Troy next year. Since he became a brother, JaCorey has served as the President, Vice President, Warden, and Music Director of Alpha Zeta.

​

The duties of the National Vice President include, but are not limited to: supervising the official colonization process, overseeing national committees, being in charge of all national social functions, and assuming the role of National President in the absence of the National President.

Alec C. Watson is a High School Teacher in Odessa, Texas and has been with Φá—ºr for 7 years, serving as the Beta chapter's Treasurer for about 2 years and Vice President for 2 years after that. After his graduation from Stephen F. Austin State University, he became involved nationally with Φá—ºr as a Regional Director before being elected the current National Warden. Alec spends most of his time exploring life with his fiancé Emmie and his cats, Remy and Tango, bunny, Antoni and puppy, Barbie. He enjoys, cooking, playing games, music, going to concerts, and witty jokes. "EOE Darlings!"

The duties of the National Warden include, but are not limited to: keeping order during meetings, serving as the Parliamentarian and Sergeant at Arms, overseeing the planning of the National Convention, and holding the role of Ritual Committee chairperson.

Phi Lambda

Zak was initiated into the Phi Lambda Chapter at the University of South Alabama in the Spring Semester of 2017. He became chapter webmaster after crossing, as well as national social media char after attending his first UniPhi at JMU with the Gamma Sigma chapter. Zak was elected to National Webmaster at the 2018 UniPhi, where he served for a three year term before becoming National Vice-President in 2021. He primarily played French Horn and Mellophone for the USA Wind Ensemble, Jaguar marching band, and Pep Band respectively. He also performed the cello drums in USA's Steel Band Ensemble for two years. Zak graduated from USA with a BFA Double Primary in Animation and Sculpture in the year 2020. Living in Mobile, he works as a freelance artist/animator. Currently, Zak works alongside the Mobile Arts Council and the Alabama Amp Up the Arts movement to promote public arts education in the state of Alabama.

​

The duties of the National Secretary include, but are not limited to: serving as the record keeper of the National Fraternity, keeping an accurate proceeding of the National Convention, servings as the public relation liaison of the Fraternity, and publishing the newsletter The roota Report.

Phalam Stutter

Louisiana Tech University

Jessica is a senior studying to achieve her bachelors of science in accounting as well as a minor of history. She joined PBr to learn the art of percussion, being a french horn player by trade. Throughout her time at Louisiana Tech she has served PBr as chapter secretary, treasurer, convention chair, fundraising chair, and grant writing chair. Her hopes and plan for Phi Boota roota is to UNIPHI our brothers through legal aspects, creating a national banking system as well as incorporating all of our chapters to provide them with the means to explore their financial capabilities.

​

The duties of the National Treasurer include, but are not limited to: serving as the custodian of all monetary assets, preparing an annual budget for the Fraternity, collecting National Dues, issuing reimbursements, and submitting a treasury report every three months.

Nathan McMillian

Nathan McMillian is an alumni member of the Phalam Stutter Chapter at Louisiana Tech, as well as a member of the NAA. He was born on November 18th, 1997 on Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier Parish. Nathan attended Haughton High School from August 2012 to May 2016 when he graduated. From 2016 to the Winter Quarter of 2021, Nathan attended Louisiana Tech University where he majored in Biology, was part of the LA Tech Band of Pride Drumline (Bassline), and was a member of the Phalam Stutter Chapter of Phi Boota Roota. In March of 2021 (Winter Quarter 2021), Nathan graduated from Louisiana Tech with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. From August 2021 to September 2022, Nathan worked at the LSU AgCenter Red River Research Station as a lab assistant to the Soil and Water Quality Management professor, Dr. Changyoon Jeong. From September 2022 to the Present, Nathan has been working as an Environmental Scientist for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality at the West Monroe Northeast Regional Office.

The duties of the National Historian include, but are not limited to: preserving all books and records relating to Fraternity history, working with the Vice President to update the Membership Education process, and keeping a record of photographs, videos, and/or audio pertaining to Fraternity history.

Noah Stewart is a member of the Alpha Zeta chapter at Troy University and is pursuing a degree in Global Business. In Alpha Zeta, Noah currently serves as social chair and historian, which made him want to serve as one at the National level.

Jennifer Glass

 

Beta Nu

University of West Alabama

Jennifer Glass is an alumni of the Beta Nu chapter at the University of West Alabama. While active, she held the positions of Music Director, Philanthropy Chair, and Vice President. While she is a percussionist by nature, her main focus is marimba, vibraphone, xylophone, and cymbals. She currently teaches at Troy University, and is also currently a co-chair in the PBr Alumni Association.

Will Heeres
