Louisiana Tech University- Ruston, LA
The Phalam Stutter chapter of Phi Buda Ruda was founded on the campus of Louisiana Tech University on April 1, 1993. Unique aspects of the Phalam Stutter chapter include their fraternal flower, the white rose, and their fraternal mascot, the rainbow trout. Every member of Phalam Stutter knows and loves their famous motto: "Hold Your Trout High!" The national tree, the holly tree, was adopted from Phalam Stutter. The holly tree holds great importance to the chapter because their ritual location, which has existed since their founding, is a trail of holly trees.
