Phalam Stutter Chapter, Louisiana Tech University

Jessica is a Staff auditor in New Orleans, LA. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy. She joined Φᗺr to build brotherhood with the members of Louisiana Tech's drumline. Being a french horn player by trade and not marching her freshman year of college, she wanted to build a connection back to music and Phi Boota roota was her pathway there. Throughout her time at Louisiana Tech she has served Φᗺr as chapter secretary, treasurer, convention chair, fundraising chair, and grant writing chair. This is her second term as National Treasurer and her continuing plans for Phi Boota roota is to UNIPHI our brothers through legal aspects and build our treasury funds. She is happy to fulfill the role of National President.
The duties of the National President include, but are not limited to: being the chief executive of the Fraternity, presiding over NEC meeting and National Convention, overseeing the operations of the national Fraternity, appointing Regional Directors, and appointing members to national committees.
Vice President

Trevor joined Φᗺr in ther winter of 2021 at the Phalam Stutter Chapter. Trevor graduated from Lousiana Tech University in 2024 with a degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology at Louisiana Tech University.
The duties of the National Vice President include, but are not limited to: supervising the official colonization process, overseeing national committees, being in charge of all national social functions, and assuming the role of National President in the absence of the National President.
Warden
Beta Phi Chapter, Old Dominion University

Ben is a recent graduate of the Beta Phi chapter at Old Dominion University. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in leadership, and a minor in music performance with an emphasis in hand drumming. They mentioned that "Beta Phi loves to have drum circles and share their love for drumming together. As I learned more about hand drumming for my minor, I got to share and appreciate it with my brothers. This is especially true for my senior recital where I got to play and original piece accompanied by two of my brothers on stage". They served as president and vice president across their time as an active brother of Beta Phi , strengthening its membership, philanthrophic efforts, and most importantly to Ben- their sense of brotherhood amongst both the chapter and the national body. Combining their experiences in Φᗺr and their professional experience in event planning and logistics, they assisted the planning of uniPHI '25 at ODU and got elected to serve as the national warden. Ben is making new strides as Warden to bring forth an even better experience at national convention, believing in the promise of evolving the national identity while maintaining tradition, and providing more opportunies throughout the year for brothers the get more involved nationally.
The duties of the National Warden include, but are not limited to: keeping order during meetings, serving as the Parliamentarian and Sergeant at Arms, overseeing the planning of the National Convention, and holding the role of Ritual Committee chairperson.
Secretary
Beta Phi Chapter, Old Dominion University

David Costello joined Phi Boota roota in 2022 at the Beta Phi Chapter at Old Dominion University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Maritime and Supply Chain Management. During his time in the chapter, he served as treasurer, vice president, and president, leading efforts to strengthen brotherhood, expand service projects, and preserve chapter traditions.
Beyond Phi Boota roota, David was actively involved in the ODU Propeller Club, where he served as treasurer and represented the university at major industry events such as the Virginia Maritime Association (VMA) Conference, the International Propeller Club Conference (IPPC), and other professional development forums. His leadership and impact in the maritime and logistics community were recognized in a featured article published by the ODU Strome College of Business.
David remains committed to supporting Phi Boota roota and its mission, carrying forward the values of musicianship, leadership, and unity in both his fraternal and professional life.
The duties of the National Secretary include, but are not limited to: serving as the record keeper of the National Fraternity, keeping an accurate proceeding of the National Convention, servings as the public relation liaison of the Fraternity, and publishing the fraternity newsletter The roota Report.
Treasurer
Lambda Rho Alpha Chapter, University of Louisiana at Monroe

Garrett Haas joined Φᗺr in the spring of 2024, crossing the Lambda Rho Alpha Chapter located at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is the first member of his chapter to be on the National Board. His hobbies include playing games, cooking, painting minis, and playing/listening to music!
The duties of the National Treasurer include, but are not limited to: serving as the custodian of all monetary assets, preparing an annual budget for the Fraternity, collecting National Dues, issuing reimbursements, and submitting a treasury report every three months.
Historians

Jason House joined Φᗺr in 2018 at the Beta chapter located at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Phi Lambda Chapter, University of South Alabama

Ryan joined Φᗺr in the Fall of 2022, crossing with the Phi Lambda chapter at the University of South Alabama, where he is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. During his time in Phi Boota roota, he has served in many roles within his chapter including President, Treasurer and Music Director. Ryan is an active educator, teaching many private percussion students as well as being a drumline/percussion instructor and consultant for multiple high schools in the Gulf Coast area. Furthermore, as a performer Ryan is heavily involved with the USA Wind Ensemble, USA Percussion Ensemble, Jaguar Marching Band, USA Jaguar Steel Band, Elsewhen Orchestra, and many more ensembles. Outside of music, he has hobbies such as playing video games, photography and playing paintball.
The duties of the National Historian include, but are not limited to: preserving all books and records relating to Fraternity history, working with the Vice President to update the Membership Education process, and keeping a record of photographs, videos, and/or audio pertaining to Fraternity history.

Armin Tabibi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Saxophone Performance at Old Dominion University. He plans to continue his academic journey by pursuing a M.S.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Armin became a member of Phi Boota roota in spring of 2025 as a part of the Chi class at the Beta Phi Chapter. As a dedicated saxophonist, Armin also has experience in percussion, having played tenor drums and mallet percussion throughout high school and into his college years. He is passionate about expanding Phi Boota roota's presence and engagement on social media and is committed to highlighting the contributions of all chapters within the organization.
Iota Beta Nu Chapter, Indiana University of Pennsylvania

Reese Walters is an active member of the Iota Beta Nu chapter at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After being initiated in the spring of 2024, he has served as PM class leader, PM class advisor, president, and is the current secretary of his chapter. He is pursuing a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration and plans to graduate in the spring of 2027. Reese currently marches on the drumline for IUP's "The Legend" marching band and serves as Assistant Commanding Officer for the band. He also participated in Nomad Indoor WGI group for the 2025 season. He has been in the IUP percussion ensemble since his first semester at IUP. Outside of these activities, Reese enjoys making art, hanging out with friends, and watching wildlife (especially opossums) in his backyard at home.
The duties of the National Webmaster include, but are not limited to: maintaining the national Fraternity's website and social media, obtaining all forms of media from chapters, and serving as the custodian of chapter social media accounts.
