"The purposes of this Fraternity and its members shall be; to further the fraternal relationship and serve the needs of university percussionists; to uphold the highest standard of percussion performance in any given environment; to further the knowledge of the percussive arts, and create a broader perception of percussion throughout the community."

Phi Boota roota National Percussion Fraternity is a non-profit, co-educational, volunteer service organization dedicated to promoting brotherhood among university percussionists through percussion performance, percussion-related service projects, and percussion education.
